WhatsApp is working on a new update that will change the way we run ads on Facebook.

We all know WhatsApp is owned by Facebook (now called Meta), and they have been making it easy to move from one platform to another.

One feature is posting your status feature on Facebook. With this feature, you can share an image or video you have posted to the Facebook story.

And now WhatsApp is bringing a new feature that we all know will change the way we run ads.

At first, Facebook allows you to run WhatsApp ads only on their App, you will have to visit Facebook and create the ad, which people will then click on your ad, and it will take them back to WhatsApp.

But now, things are going to change. Now you are going to design your ads right in your WhatsApp app.

With this feature, you don’t need to visit Facebook to design your ads. All you have to do is visit your profile and click on Advertise On Facebook. Now you can continue from there and run your ads.

Whatsapp recently launched a multi-device feature that allows users to use their WhatsApp account on four more devices.

This feature was launched due to users finding it difficult to use their WhatsApp account on more than one device.

And now there is a new update to the multi-device feature, which we will discuss in this article.

We all know WhatsApp to be an app that you can only use on one device. When you try logging in on a different device, it won’t work again on your previous device.

Later they launched WhatsApp web, which allows you to mirror your WhatsApp chat on a browser and then chat from your computer.

This feature worked fine, allowing users to use the app on two devices but with a downside.

The downside was that there should be an internet connection on the phone before sending and receiving a message on the WhatsApp web.

Due to this, the developers then launched a multi-device feature, which means you will be able to use your WhatsApp on multiple devices without first turning on data on your phone.

This latest feature was rolled out to beta testers, but it was an opt-in feature, meaning beta testers will have to opt-in to use their WhatsApp account on multiple devices.

WhatsApp has recently submitted a beta update through the Google Play Store, and in this update, WhatsApp is forcing all beta testers to have access to the multi-device feature.

At first, beta testers would have to opt-in to use this feature, but now, it will be available to all beta testers.

All beta testers will now be able to use the multi-device feature and use their account on multiple devices without the need first to turn on the internet connection of their first phone.

We’ve all been using WhatsApp, and this app has been one app that we visit every day. Some visit to reply to their ‘Good morning messages’ others like us, also see to respond to people having issues with their devices (Lol).

The platform is known for consistently working on improvements that will make the app stand out.

And now WhatsApp is bringing a significant update that we all have been waiting for, can you guess?

Well, this new feature will change how we delete messages sent to someone even after days.

At first, it was not easy to delete messages that you have sent someone. WhatsApp then made it possible to delete a message you have sent to someone. Still, you could only delete a message ‘For Everyone’ before 7 minutes, WhatsApp then increased the time to 8 minutes, and now you can delete a message sent before 1 hour, 8 minutes.

That is what we all have been using, but now things are going to change. WhatsApp has recently submitted an update through the Google Beta program, and in this update, we saw this new feature that will allow you to Delete Message For Everyone even after three months.

This new update will now allow you to delete old messages, although this update is in development mode.

We currently don’t know if WhatsApp will let us delete old messages that we sent before this new feature. 

Currently, there isn’t a release date yet. Still, like we always gist you on what’s trending for mobile apps, we will let you know when it will be available for all. Still, we can assure you that it’s soon open to beta testers, so if you are already a beta tester, you will quickly be able to install the new update and start trying the excellent feature.

We believe WhatsApp is soon going to make it available to all users because it has been a feature that plenty of users have complained about.

This is one thing that makes me love the messaging app. The developers listen to their user’s feedback and work on what they want.

Recently users were complaining about their backups to Google Drive not been fully encrypted. WhatsApp has recently rolled out an update that will allow users to encrypt their backups with a password or a 62 digits phrase.

Another feature that WhatsApp also worked on was the Archive feature. At first, when you archived a chat, the chat leaves the Archive when that contact messages you.

Many users complained about the chat they want to hide popping up again when that contact messages them. WhatsApp recently rolled out an update that makes sure an archived chat stays at the Archive box forever.

Although it won’t leave the Archive box when the user messages you, there will be a small notification behind the Archive box to let you know a user you have archived has sent you a message.

Ghanaians have woke up to good news, which is about their new Ghana Post GPS Address system.

The Ghana Post GPS is an app launched to make navigating in Ghana easy to do.

With this app, one can move to any place without the need to ask for directions. Aside from navigating, this system also gives each house a GPS code, which you can always use when making registrations.

When the app was launched, Ghanaians were was happy using it, but many people who were addicted to Google maps were finding it challenging to use it because it was not integrated inside the app.

So any Ghanaian that uses maps to navigate will then also have to install the two apps, Google maps, and the Ghana Post GPS.

Now Ghana has successfully agreed with Google to include the country’s GPS to the Google maps.

The vice president, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, made it known at the YouthConnekt Africa Summit, which happened in Accra.

He said, “We have engaged google since last year, and we have now obtained the agreement because they have to go through technical processes to evaluate our GPS digital system, and so by the end of this year, Goggle have agreed to allow us to integrate our digital address system into goggle maps. So people can use them here in Ghana.”

When this system is finally implemented on Google maps, you can then search for a GPS address inside Google maps, and it will then be able to navigate you through. For now, Google maps is not able to direct you using your Ghana GPS Address.

The vice president also made it known that the integration Will be available by the end of the year, and so Ghanaians should expect to use google maps with the country’s GPS Address.

Recently Facebook has been in the news, and it’s all about their rebranding. We also wrote an article about rebranding and even suggested a possible name that Facebook would change the parent company’s name to.

On October 28, Mark Zuckerberg announced the new name change. He made it known that Facebook is changing its name to Meta.

Many people were surprised to hear the name change as it was new to everybody. But it was not new to people that know what Facebook is up to.

This is because Facebook has recently been teaming up to make sure they are leading in the Metaverse technology world.

Metaverse is a new technology that allows us to connect with our loved ones virtually without the need to be there.

With Metaverse, you can be sitting in the comfort of your home and can be playing a tennis game with your friend virtually.

So after the name change, people got to understand why Facebook changed its parent company name to Meta, and the reason was to make sure their company name reflects on the new future they are building.

After the announcement, we saw Facebook changing the names of their social handles. Mark changed the official Facebook brand name to Meta.

Other social media handles on Twitter were changed to @meta, but on Instagram, Facebook couldn’t change their name to @Meta there because @Meta is already taken.

@meta is known to be owned by a motorbike magazine. And because of this, Facebook changed its username to @wearemeta.

Many people thought Facebook would have snatched the name by force because they own the platform, but they didn’t, and instead, they created a new handle.

After Facebook created its new Instagram handle, it has gained more than 1 million followers.

One thing people need to note is that Facebook is just changing the company name to Meta. Meaning Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and all related apps will be under one company called Meta.

Many people thought Facebook would be changing its Facebook app name, which is not valid.

The name change was not only on the company. Facebook has also made it known that the company stock will start trading starting December 1, and the symbol of their stock will be MVRS.

WhatsApp has recently rolled out an update that will allow users to give feedback from WhatsApp business users.

With this new feature, a user will be asked how satisfied they are doing business with you.

The user will then rate based on how you communicate with them.

And then WhatsApp will then let your business owner know how people think about his service.

Whatsapp will not disclose who rated, but the business user will only see how people think about their services.

WhatsApp itself will not be able to see the feedback or rating a user gave because it is known to be end-to-end encrypted, and because of this, WhatsApp can’t see how the rating goes.

WhatsApp is launching this feature for business users to know what people think about them, and this will also help them improve how they communicate with their customers.

There are many plans for WhatsApp business users, users can already post their items on their catalog, and friends and contact lists can go through them and order them.

This new WhatsApp feature is currently available to some beta testers, and you can try updating your mobile app to see if it is available to you. You can then start rating WhatsApp Business users based on how they treat you when chatting or ordering from them.

WhatsApp has stepped up its game when it comes to bringing new features to the messaging app.

After hinting at bringing an update that will let you pause when making a voice recording, WhatsApp has also made it easy to join groups calls even when you are late.

At first, when there is a group call, and you were not able to join, that will be the end, you will have to ask the host to add you back to the call, now things have changed, the new WhatsApp feature now allows you to join the group call even when you are late, all you have to do is visit the call tab. You will see the call ongoing there.

WhatsApp is bringing a new feature to the WhatsApp business app, and this feature is based on a new way to view status.

This new update offers users a new way to view status right from a user’s profile picture.

When you open a user’s contact and a new status update, you can view it right from their profile.

When you click on the profile, WhatsApp will ask you if you want to view the Profile Photo or View The Status.

This feature is currently being rolled out for WhatsApp business users. We believe WhatsApp is implementing this feature to help people see the status of their contacts more because WhatsApp business is often used to do business, as the name suggests.

When you post a video to your stories, it will not be split into 15seconds again, and your followers can watch the full 60 seconds video.

This move by Instagram will make watching videos more interesting WhatsApp, which is even one of the popular messaging app, allows its users to upload videos that are not more than 30seconds to their WhatsApp status.

Hopefully, whatsapp also follows this significant move by Instagram, thereby making users upload videos up to 60 seconds long.

The vice president of the United States of America, Mr. Donald Trump, is set to launch his social media and the name of the social media is ‘The Truth.’ so why is he launching his social media, and why name It The Truth? Well, let’s dive in.

When it comes to elections, social media plays a significant role because all the politicians communicate with their members.

But Mr. Trump was banned from Twitter, and his Facebook account too was suspended when his followers stormed the US Capitol.

There was a lot of pressure on the social media companies to ban Mr. Trump because of the types of tweets he made after the election.

Most of his tweets were criticized for being insulting, outright false, peddling, and many more.

The two giant social media, Twitter and Facebook, started deleting some of the vice president’s posts and tweets, the ones considered to be misleading and those considered to breach the platform’s policy.

After the election, Mr. Trump was making tweets insisting he did not accept the voting results; this made the social media companies decide to ban his account as his posts may lead to chaos.

After his social media accounts were banned, his advisers hinted that Mr. Trump would create his own social media platform.

He first launched a website aimed at him and his followers to communicate, but they shut it down within that month because he was not getting the expected users.

And now we have ‘The Truth’ social media. According to the Trump Media And Technology Group, the app will be open for people to sign up new month.

Following the announcement of the forthcoming social media platform, Mr. Trump expressed his sentiments, highlighting the disparity where the Taliban maintains a significant presence on Twitter while he, as a former American President, has been muted. He emphasized the need for someone to challenge the power of Big Tech, stating that action will be taken soon.
